Welcome to ScrapeDrive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScrapeDrive's web scraping API service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ScrapeDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ScrapeDrive provides an API for retrieving content from websites. Available request options may include:
- HTTP retrieval through datacenter proxies
- Optional residential proxy routing
- Optional browser rendering
- Screenshot capture
- Synchronous and asynchronous request delivery
3. Account Registration
To use ScrapeDrive, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of ScrapeDrive must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:
- Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service without understanding the legal implications
- Collect personal data without a lawful basis
- Use our service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our service
5. Credits and Billing
5.1 Credit System
ScrapeDrive uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed based on the features used for each request:
- Standard Job base: 5 credits
- Browser rendering: +5 credits
- Residential proxy routing: +5 credits
- Screenshot capture: +5 credits
- Auto Job: successful configuration cost, limited by the requested maximum
5.2 Failed Requests
Requests rejected before execution because of validation, account rate limits, backlog limits, or insufficient credits are not charged. Standard Jobs reserve their fixed cost when execution begins. Auto Jobs reserve the highest compatible price reachable within the maximum selected by the user and charge the successful result configuration once.
5.3 Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. API Usage
When using our API, you agree to:
- Keep your API keys confidential
- Respect rate limits and concurrent request limits
- Include appropriate error handling in your applications
- Not attempt to reverse engineer our service
7. Intellectual Property
ScrapeDrive and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScrapeDrive.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you collect using our service. We do not claim any rights to your scraped data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All websites will be successfully scraped
- The service will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRAPEDRIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScrapeDrive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused credits are not refundable upon termination for cause.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
